Whale-like sound coming from bubbler!

I am getting a whale-like sound coming from the bubbler on my tanning ledge whenever water is flowing through the bubbler. The higher the RPMs on the pump, the louder the sound gets. The sound is periodic, not constant. It repeats every few seconds.

Does anyone know what causes this sound and how to get rid of it?

You know we need a video of this!!! I have not heard of this before. How old are the bubblers? There may be more questions before we find the answer but there has to be a reason and fix.
