Weird things floating on top of spa after 1st fill, seems like plaster. Any ideas? Cannot check properly as it's dark. PB will be coming tomorrow to check.

Stepped down in the spa and felt that the floor wasn't smooth, felt like there were some fine particles, almost like salt. Didn't have any of that when I stepped into the pool.

If this is the first use of the spa, that is just the left over junk in the lines from construction. Nothing to worry about imho.
