Can someone tell me why my water looks like this. It's nice and clear but when the pump is running and water is moving I get these weird swirling shadows. Should I be concerned?

That's what happens when you have clear water. It is shadows on the bottom of ripples on the top from the wind or circulation. Another side effect of TFP! 
It gets really bad when you start trying to vacuum the shadows.
Once in a while I see strange circles on the floor and I have to hunt to see the tiny struggling insect that's creating them.

Nice! In three days time the water looks so much better. I can't wait to tell my wife that we have ghost in the pool��
