We bought the house....but can't get access to Hayward Aqua Connect account. Help!

Soooo we bought a house with a great pool and system. I want to start using the Hayward Aqua Connect app and I've tried to create a new account and sync it to the current Aqua Connect system. When I load the AQ Homenet MAC address address into the system, it says there is already an account created. The previous owners of the house have moved on and aren't responding via the realtors.

I reached out to Hayward several times and they have not responded via email. Does anyone know how to reset this system manually?

You need to call Hayward Support. When you finally reach a person they can set you up in a few minutes.

Hayward support: (908) 355.7995. You may have to indicate you are a pool professional in the automated answering system in order to speak with a human. If you solve this problem, let me know! I've been trying to track down the same ("lost link") issue for a week now.
