Soooo we bought a house with a great pool and system. I want to start using the Hayward Aqua Connect app and I've tried to create a new account and sync it to the current Aqua Connect system. When I load the AQ Homenet MAC address address into the system, it says there is already an account created. The previous owners of the house have moved on and aren't responding via the realtors.
I reached out to Hayward several times and they have not responded via email. Does anyone know how to reset this system manually?
