Water looks like it’s coming right through the wall. Your plaster may be leaking.
It wasn’t before and it seems the water level did not changed, but I will ask the company to check
Take a picture of the current water level so we can see the water in the pool and the water in the skimmer.
You have a lot of water coming from somewhere. Water can travel through concrete. My pool steps seeped for weeks when I removed the plaster. Unless the pipe is somehow siphoning water into there, but that doesn’t explain the video of it seemingly coming through the concrete. Is that really where the water is coming from?
Looking at that video my gut says there is a water pipe leaking somewhere. That is a FLOW of water not just a trickle. THEN you say that water has a CYA of 50 so it has to be pool water as CYA has to be added to water. No where else is CYA found in water.
I am not sure about cya , I need to check again but now is mixed with grout and it is not possible to check it
Your video doesn’t make it look like that. Maybe it’s zoomed in too close but the water looks to be coming from the pool shell with rebar on it.
I am thinking maybe it is sewer system backup because they drained a lot of water and need to do sewer inspection

I’d try zooming out so people can see the pool wall. There’s unlikely to be a sewer line anywhere near the pool.

How about landscaping pipe that might be going through that same area. It might of cracked during demo.
