We are in the process of choosing our waterline tile. We’re deciding between a 6x6 or 1x1 in a sheet. Both are glazed ceramic. How much of an issue is grout? Does it get dirty easily? The pool is in north FL, all pentair equipment other then gulfstream heat/cool pump. Thanks for any input.

If you keep the water balanced the grout color or amount should be not a problem. I love the 1x2 tiles myself LOL
Thank you. We decided on a 1x1. Apparently will require a bit more prep then 6x6’s say the pb. We’ll see.
If there are any builders in here. Is there a product that works better then hydraulic cement to fill in around the plumbing stub outs and skimmer area? How do they ensure a good seal?
