Waterfall Question: Just got a waterfall installed myself and I am browsing everyone's pictures here on the page and I can't seem to find what people do to enclose their waterfalls on the backside. Looking to ideas to retain all the soil / mulch that we put there.

I would be careful about soil/mulch/plantings at the edge where rain runoff can carry dirt and more importantly algae into the pool water. You can be setting yourself up for ongoing algae problems with that.
