Good afternoon everyone,

New member here and new pool owner of 2 months. We have an above ground pool that was installed in April of this year. Noticed last week that the yard was soaked and puddles were evident. Also noticed the water level in the pool dropping seriously. Long story short, we had a company out yesterday to assess the leak and he had to patch 12 holes!! Please keep in mind because of all the rain in North Texas this spring, we have only had the pleasure of swimming in that pool 5 times max. Needless to say we are shocked of the number of patches needed. We used the Water Tech iVac 150 Li (pic below) purchased at Leslie Pool Supply store to clean the pool for the past two months and thats the only thing we can think of that could have caused that much damage. Has anyone else had this issue with their liner on the above ground pool after using this vacuum to clean? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum!
Have never seen that vac mentioned here on the forum. I suspect it is a re-brand as that is what Leslie's does.
Have you contacted Leslie's about the issue?
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry and consider reviewing the entire Pool School eBook.
