Water seeping from back of return jet

About 3 years ago I noticed water seeping on the outside of the pool where my pvc connection meets the return jet. I noticed the liner was wrinkled where the jet is and probably causing a leak due to a loose seal.
Before I opened the pool this year I replaced the pieces and got new gaskets. I tightened it the best I could but the liner still wants to wrinkle when I tighten the outside nut.

Now I noticed water is seeping again. What's my options besides replacing my liner?

Boy I don't know Eddie, but does it seem to be leaking because of the wrinkles. Maybe I don't fully understand.

Yes it's the wrinkles. I just don't know how to get them out or fix this without replacing the liner. ��
