Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me here. I have a Pentair superflo VS variable speed pump only a few years old. I can see water drops inside my LCD screen. The pump will turn on and the green light shows but the pump isn’t running. The green light still goes to each 1,2,and 3 setting so it’s following its program. But there’s no display seen due to water. It has a cover but I live in Tampa and it rains like cats and dogs regularly here. So.. I opened the cover, shut it off, let it dry for a week, turned it on and it worked a week but still no display. Now the pump is no longer running again, but the green light is on and circulating the program. Same problem. How can I get the cover off to dry it out properly. I can’t find any repair videos on removing the cover and/or cover and drive. And that’s part removal is not in the manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, let me make sure I understand correctly... when you said:
a couple questions,
1. are you saying the pump isn't running/moving any water?
2. it seems like you're only seeing a green led (on the 1/2/3/4) below the lcd display... are you seeing the lcd backlight turn on? It's usually orange.
To get the keypad off you unscrew the 4 screws in the corners of the approx 8" x 8" keypad base/assembly, you'll have to unplug the cable connection inside/under it before you can pull the whole cover off.
Once the cover is off, there are 3 torx screws that will let you remove the dust cover from the actual keypad itself (the little black plastic box with the keypad and display).
The keypad itself is a pain to get out - mine had adhesive strips holding it in, with some weird clamp in the back. I don't have any photos showing the process, but I did take some photos of the internals here, and there's also some discussion about the lcd and possible repair of the vfd (if the vfd is actually bad, you might be in trouble because it's all potted in with epoxy):

Hi! Thanks for the tips on the removal!! The pump is no longer circulating water. But I see the green light on the start button and under the 1, then a few hours later it moves to the 2 and eventually the three. So it’s following my program but it’s not sending it to the pump. I only see a quick flash of the black number in the LCD. I’ve never seen an orange light. Mine is the superflo VS variable 2017 I think, or 2016. Not sure how to unplug that electrical line. I don't think you need to disconnect the Liquid Tight power cable. But turn the pump CB to OFF. Remove the screws from the four corners. Then gently lift the cover and you will find a cable under it that you need to disconnect to remove the top.
So not sure if the screws were sealed, but one broke and the other three stripped immediately when I tried to unscrew them. Tried a flat head after that, turned it and it broke a corner off the screw?! I’ve never had this happen to any screws. Have no idea how to get the screws out now. Ugh. Thank you for your insight. Is the top cover sealed to the bottom half?

My apologies - I apparently cannot read. I was thinking you had an Intelliflo, not a Superflo. Same procedure anyway... if you can get that thing open there's got to be elastomers (aka zebra strips) in there for the LCD. but, if it's not running the pump there is probably more damage.
I'm not sure if the top cover is sealed to the bottom somehow on those pumps - but the cable I was talking about is inside the assembly as Allen described.
