Water guru

Considering purchasing the water guru and would love any feedback you can offer. Looking for overall reviews with a few specific questions.
Is it worth the cost?
How long does it take to receive numbers after mailing in your sample?
Who pays for shipping?
How accurate is it?

There are some threads on the WG and I am a former user. Good concept but poor execution in my opinion. I got the test results back pretty quick (about 3-5 days after mailing) but I have heard some other folks here have issues contacting customer service if there was an issue. The sample was sent to them via pre-paid first class USPS. I found the test numbers (from the lab) to be pretty darn close to what I was getting with my TF-100 but there isn't a good way to gauge their lab tests with the WG (that only measures PH, FC and temp).

My original one failed after a few months and was replaced under warranty without any issue but that was a couple of years ago.
