Water Guru Sense 2 readings not changing

We bought a Water Guru Sense 2 about 3 weeks ago. Got it installed and reading but EVERY reading for 3 weeks straight has had the exact same FC (10.0) and pH (6.5) reading. Water has been tested by me and pool company and the numbers are not accurate and of course they change daily in our regular test. Flow, temp, CH, etc. change with each reading, so I know it is taking new readings.
WaterGuru has been of little help, other than asking me to try 10 things that made no difference, including putting in a new cartridge with the same result. Their latest answer is to send them a water sample, maybe I am wrong, but not sure how ANY water reading would cause the unit to read the exact same FC and pH every day.

Has anyone else had a similar experience, were you able to get a resolution?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

The only testing you can trust is drop-based testing. TFP recommends you self-test and take care of your own pool.
Gizmos, pool stores, pool services, etc all will lead you into trouble. Most threads (feel free to search them up) about Water Guru ended up with people ditching it.

Unfortunately, the WaterGuru has not been a great product and the readings are all over the place.

I test daily with the Taylor K2006 and those are the only numbers I trust. Needless to say, the numbers from the WaterGuru aren’t even close to the Taylor kit. I only have the WaterGuru to keep an eye on things when we’re away for long periods.

Have you logged into the web app? The readings should be the same as what you’re seeing in the mobile app, but it’s worth checking for any more information or discrepancies.

Just login with your WaterGuru account:
