Water Flow during freeze

Hello,
I am a little concerned about my spa return jets during the freeze we are having. I really never thought about this and have been through 2 other freezes (worse than this one). My spa is connected to my pool and has a return line in the floor that feeds the spa from the pool and 2 water falls that go back into the pool. My freeze protect is on and working fine but the Aqua link and equipment I have doesn’t allow you to run the spa jets and the pool at the same time. My freeze protect only lets me choose what equipment I want on when it kicks on i don’t think or I haven’t found a way to program it to switch back and forth between the spa and pool. Is the return from the floor enough water movement to keep the spa jets from freezing? There is no ice forming on the spa or the pool.

Is there a diverter valve in the return circuit that you can set mid-way to allow flow in both returns? This is what I need to do to avoid the option where iAqualink switches between pool and spa mode a few times an hour.
