Water feature pump

Okay... next question..

It's a small pool and they only did one suction line, 2" from the skimmer. The circulation pump is a Hayward 3202VSP. Any thoughts whether a single 2" suction from skimmer would support both pumps at the same time? The problem i'm trying to solve is to run the waterfall, I have to turn the pump on high, and it does okay, but could definitely use more flow. If I turn off the returns and turn on the spa jets, I can get away with pump on medium. I cannot run the deck jets and the waterfall at the same time in any configuration, so looking for a way to separate off the waterfall and deck jets from circulation.

Thanks,
David

How often do you need to run the circulation and the waterfall and the deck jets?
Can you shut off the pool returns and the spa returns and only have the flow to the waterfall and deck jets? (I would think this should be possible and the pump should handle it).

Yes or no...Too much depends.

I can calculate the velocity and see if it fits in the pipe. But this is just maths.

In this case there are site factors that will influence the outcome. How long is the suction line? Has it been installed well and properly or has it been thrown in with no real thought?

How much water is required over the waterfall? I read not happy with the amount of flow. Waterfalls are strange creatures, I can double the flow and not see a lot of difference on the fall if any. To make an impact may need six times the flow. In which case no the pipe is not big enough.
