Water feature low pressure question

My main filter (4 paper) pressure gauge normally is 5-10 but today shows about 2-3.
The water feature that sprays out to cool the water is also very low.
Last year it almost shot out from one side to the other. It currently is only a few feet.
Any suggestions?

Could very possibly be a blockage on the suction side of your system. Check from the skimmer to the pump.

Did it just start today?

Water level low, weir door stuck, skimmer basket full. After that, check impeller for debris (palm frond threads).

It's been going on for a week or two. I've checked skimmer basket and pump baskets, water level looks the same. I'll look for how I check impellers

Impeller seems to be the problem. I pulled a very few "pine needles"out and the pressure went back up. Skinned my knuckles pretty good so I'll buy a long tweezers for next time. YouTube search how to clean impellers. This part is pretty easy.
