What would be the best way to repair cracks in our water feature? Looks like the previous owners did some crack repairs with a white caulk of some kind. We'd like the repairs to look nice, but of course the most important thing would be to prevent the cracks from getting worse and having chunks of rock break off.

I'm going to defer to our experts, but my guess is that is calcium scale buildup in the cracks and not caulk.
I'm not sure the best way to repair, other than refinishing it completely. But again, I'm no expert. Following along to learn.

I think that you are right. The white cracks are calcium buildup, not repairs. I am leaning towards trying to do the crack repairs with sanded grout.
