Pool is just month old. Noticed in shallow end above built in bench there's a 10" x10" slightly bulging spot on liner close to water level. Feels like water behind the liner. I'm assuming most likely hole in liner? Would it likely be very close to the bulge? We have square corners where liner doesn't rest against pool walls and I don't feel water behind them, only in this one spot. See pic for birds eye view.

If you're not losing water you do not have a hole. It can be from heavy splashing getting above the liner bead and or overfilled pool. Water should only be halfway up the skimmer month.
Do you mean as long as I do not add fill water? My kids were in pool splashing a lot yesterday. However the liner is tightly locked in that particular spot. On other end of pool, liner is pulled from wall in corner and I could see water splashing in there but again it's so far away. Our pb is supposed to fix that area.
Water level at the skimmer is perfect and not low. Water intrusion in that spot can also be from on top through the deck. Anything is possible but needs good analyzing.
