Wall up, sand spread out and it poured down rain

And it’s still raining. As you can see in the pic, we braced the wall up with rebar, wood and screws so I think it will be good. What I’m wondering is what to do about the sand. I hadn’t gotten it all tampered yet before it rained. I’m putting 1/2” interlocking padding on top of the sand and then the liner. Do I need to let it dry out some before tamping and installing the padding and liner? Thank you

I would continue with the setup after it stopped raining.

tamp the sand after the storm. it should compact a bit better being wet.

I feel your pain! Our pool collapsed during construction due to wind gusts out of nowhere. Best wishes!
