Im really confused on how to sire this pump correctly for this board.
For both the power and controls.
Can anyone help?
The board firmware is 4.47
The pump is wired for 220v
I would really like to keep controls available on the pumps panel, and also on the prologic so i can use the remote control to start/stop it.
What i did so far is i did run the 220v to the pump directly from the breakers, without any AUX relay.
I wired the extra cable that came with it (black, yellow, ground) to #2, #3, #4 on the top left of the prologic board. And connecting it to the same on the pumps control terminals, 2, 3, 4.
Its getting power fine. And went through its prime cycle at first power up.
But the pump is not controllable from prologic. I don't see how to start/stop the pump using prologic controls. At least as far as i can tell.
My old 1 speed was simple. It was on Aux1. Turned on when i wanted it to and off the same.
This pump is for the Spa so won't be running on a timer like the Pool pump does.
I also need to stay in Pool/Spa Dual Mode for the Auto Heater function.
I am guessing i need to somehow tie it into the AUX1 relay? (Filter is taken for the pool pump, AUX3 is taken by the Spa Blower)
Or is there a better way?
Right now the way i have wired it, AUX1 is not available as an option in the configuration menu. I suppose that's because there is nothing going into it.
Do i need o trick Aux1 to show up (by adding a jumper from low voltage) so i can assign it as a VSP?
I am just not sure how, and don't want to mess anything up by guessing.
