Vinyl Pool Top Edge Detaching

Hi my name is Cris, and I have a 15000 gallon inground pool. The vinyl was changed nine years ago by the previous owner. Recently I have noticed that the track is detaching from the frame. Please look at the photos. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it. Should I use Silicom or Glue to reconnect the track to the frame?

Looks like face mount track liner, hard to tell. If it is they screw thru the front of wall with sheetmetal screws. Water rusts them out amd they fail. You have to unhook liner to reattach. On older liner it's tough to do without draining alot of water out. Easy to fix with a liner swap

Thank you, Jimmythegreek. It looks like no easy fix but to replace the liner, change the tracks and make sure stainless steel screws are used.

You could wait for dry weather and drain it down a ways and try reattaching. Working it from where it's still good umhooking only a little at a time amd reset with stainless screws
