Verro Power Supply

I acquired a Verro robotic cleaner. Everything is there except the power supply. I’d like to test it before purchasing a power supply from a dealer
The unit has a four pin plug. Can somebody tell me the voltage and which pins are positive and negative

See if a local dealer has a tester power supply that they can use to run a diagnostic on the unit.

That is a good idea , if I can find a local dealer. I was hoping to test first then order online

I have borrowed a 24 volt power supply and when hooked up the Verro makes a sound for 2 seconds then nothing. Does it have to be submerged in water to work? I'm not at the same location as my pool

If there are 4 pins, 2 are probably power and 2 are probably data.

You need an actual power supply to test.

Ok. I thought if I connected two power wires I could see if it works at least. So there is no way to test it without the proper power supply?

I don’t want to buy a power supply and find out later there is another problem

I suspect that you will need the correct power supply to do a full test.

Maybe find a service center or send it to the factory to get checked out.
