Newbie here and a bit out of my expertise so plz have patience.
I work at a faculty that has a large (50k gal) shallow (18”) pool that is located about 25’ above the equipment room.
The ozone generator has flooded out several times & it’s been proposed to replace it with UV.
Im likening the idea that the UV won’t flood out like an ozonator but Im also hearing that UV destroys chlorine so what to do?
Is UV safe to use as long as the flow is properly maintained?
Thz
PS, I’m sure I’ll have more questions on other subjects
