Do i still need rebar if I'm using fiber in my concrete mix and does the fiber affect the color
Using fiber in your colored concrete will it affect the color??

Is this concrete around a pool perimeter?
Fiber does not meet the NEC requirements for perimeter bonding of a pool deck. Rebar does and can be connected to the pool bonding grid.
