Upright rubbing finish of pool wall

guess you'll see.Is he physically going to see the pool?Tell him if it's not the upright, then it must be the install, see what he says. What I posted earlier about the verticals came directly from the manufacterer,Ashai.

He is not inspecting, he is just forwarding the pictures I sent.
If they send me new uprights I will measure compared to the ones I have
But that wont address the finish being rubbed off.

So there is more to this.

Thanks for the info
If you don't mind could I get the contact info for the manufacture that you are quoting ?
I will go down that road if I have to

I don't have the e-mails they sent me last year.I wish I did,i would have sent you them.I had to go through the retailer I bought the pool from, they contacted Asashai then forwarded their responses to me in an e-mail.Fortunately the retailer I worked with was really good about getting the issues resolved quickly.BTW the pool wall is made by Hayward.

Update

They all blew me off

Joe,

From the original pictures the uprights were still attached to the toprails and were pulled away from the wall. This happens sometimes during the settling process of the ground below the uprights. Do they have blocks under each bottom plate that support the uprights? The customer can undo the toprails and re-align the upright and reattach the uprights to secure to the pool wall. Please advise if you need any additional information.

Thank you,

The scuffs shown on the wall do not appear to be through to the steel. The blemishes are merely cosmetic and appear to have happened since being installed. If the damage results in rusting later on, the claim can be resubmitted with the claims original date in September.
