Upper side of upright broken

I just noticed that the upper side of my pool is broken (see the pictures)! Wondering if it is replaceable!

Many have replaced frame parts when still available.

How old is the pool ? Which model/brand ?
How did it happen ? (Was the pool covered too tightly..... etc) Get some more pics to show the wide angles of the top and side.
