I have an Aquabot Supreme that is probably at least 5 years old by now. Have never had any problems with it, and only ever replaced the power supply. Just wondering if the newer models from Maytronics are worth the upgrade. I feel like my bot gets stuck in my deep-end a lot. I have an 18x38 grecian with a 8 foot deep end. Or maybe replacing the treads and brushes and giving a little refresh is the way to go. It would be nice to have a Dolphin with the schedules, and some remote control/automation. But I am more concerned if the cleaning patterns are that much better with the newer models from Maytronics than my current bot.

One of these days I'll actually invest in a good, reliable robot cleaner.

One insight I have between Polaris robots and Maytronics is the Maytronics have a greater ability to climb up onto ledges. It is really the difference between track mounted and wheel drive,
Before I purchased my Maytronics, I had a Pentair Great White suction side cleaner. The Maytronics unit does a much better and quicker job of cleaning the pool.
