I have a CCRP100, but my pool is ~15,000 gallons and I have been told that the filter is a little small for the new SuperFlo VST pump I am installing to replace the old Sta-Rite 1.5hp single-speed that just died on me.

I was thinking about buying just those two parts and throwing a 200sf cartridge in there, but wondered if anyone would recommend against that? It's $280 compared to $920 to buy a whole new one, so it's a decent savings.
