underwater patch for marquis bluestone quartz finish?

Hi folks,

I've got a pool in central florida that was built in 2006. It's in pretty good shape for its age, but it has 4 or 5 spots on the bottom where the finish has either been chipped or worn through. The spots range between probably an inch to maybe 3 inches in diameter.

I'm not the original owner but I have paperwork left behind from the original sales quote with notes saying
pool finish = marquis bluestone
and
pool finish = pool quartz

don't know if those are mutually exclusive or if they are two ways to say the same thing...

Is there any way to patch the surface without draining the water?
If so, a perfect color match would be great, but I'm more concerned about just getting the bare spots covered with anything close/better than the bare concrete.

Appreciate any other thoughts on this subject.

thanks very much for your help,
rjb
