We are getting normal drainage from the black outlet drain valve on the back of the unit. We are getting elevated drainage from the front right side of the unit. Pool company hasn't gotten back to us but trying to figure out if this is normal or not. Note, in pictures, they rotated our unit for some reason so the front (lcd panel) is actually the right side.

It may not be a leak but rather excessive condensation on the inside. With cooler outdoor temperatures and your natural humidity, I’m guessing that the inside of that heat pump gets very cold and that water is condensing all over the inside of the unit where it’s coldest.

Even so, the unit should be opened up and inspected for leaks or damage. It should not be too hard to remove the panels and poke around inside while the pool pump is running.
