Type of concrete behind the tiles

hi - I got some falling tiles at the top of the tile line and behind them are large missing pieces of concrete that the tile would ideally stick onto. I bought some hydralic concrete to fill in these large gaps but not sure if this is the right product to use. Can you advise if this is correct? thanks
