Trying to log chlorine location

When I try to log a picture and address of where I get liquid chlorine (household bleach at Costco in Mayfield Heights, OH), I keep getting an error that the address can't be mapped. I've tried multiple ways, including just zip code, zip+4, full address - still the same error.
Let me know if I should be doing something different! Thanks!
