I need someone to help me identify the three valves and the pipe on the other side of the closed Jandy actuator valve in a picture. I've tested the three pipes valves and it seems that the first pipe and valve to the left are connected to the spa. When the valve is fully open, it adds water to the spa and increases the spill over into the pool. The second pipe (middle pipe) and valve appear to be returning to the pool. When closed, it restricts the water flowing into the deep end from a jet on the side of the pool. I can't determine the purpose of the third pipe as it doesn't seem to do anything whether the valve is closed or open. Additionally, the unlabeled pipe on the other side of the Jandy actuator valve also confuses me, since the Jandy actuator valve doesn't appear to move even when I flip the switch on the back of the actuator or when I turn on the spa with the remote. I believe it may be broke. So I can't test as to what that pipe even does. I would greatly appreciate any help with this. Thanks
