Hi All
I reached out to Hayward but they havent responded so I thought about trying all of you experts!

Trying to find manual or any info/instructions on older Comfortzone Heater Model P58-11-255 (the best I can read the label) Serial# J-8720864 Manufacturing Code J-87. Natuarl Gas 252000BTU

I have yet to turn it on. Since I am a new owner of an older IG pool /heater I wanted to figure out how to clean and operate. The previous owner said they havent used it in several years. They were an older couple and told me everything worked fine but they just shut the pool down at the end of summer and didnt need the heater.

Hayward took over ComfortZone they were already a big company and

If it hasn't been used in many years it might have become the home for small animals in your area. There would be some parts that are universal that if you needed them you could get them.

Honestly, you would be far better off replacing the unit with something that has better efficiency. Sure it's not cheap but it could be worth not having a headache trying to fix it every time you want to use the unit. So consider investing money in something newer.
