Troubleshooting Pentair ic60

Hi all been having some issues with my ic60. It’s about 3 years old and I’m not able to get it into diagnostic mode. I was told by Pentair to try and replace the flow switch, which I did but still not getting to respond. I just added salt yesterday since it was a little low and I read that the cell sometimes doesn’t read at lower levels. Has anyone had similar problems or know hot to diagnose?

The salt light is blinking but is definitely not high in salinity and the output lots are blinking like it is in boost mode but the 20% and 60% don’t illuminate at all. Do I have a problem with the control board?

The Intellichlor does not have a diagnostic mode.

How are you trying to get into some mode?

Respond to what?

I just added salt yesterday since it was a little low and I read that the cell sometimes doesn’t read at lower levels.

How are you measuring salt level?

Salt in the Intellichlor is either LOW, GOOD, or HIGH. It does not show you a value on the cell.

Which control board?

Also I thought I read if you hold down the more button for 3 seconds it goes into diagnostic mode and tells you temperature and cell life percent.

Pentair removed the display of temperature from the latest manual and I don;t know if it has been removed from cells.

The lights are flashing at the top for salt level and is saying it’s high but was reading 2500 so I added 225 Lbs of salt yesterday.

What test kit are you using to measure the salt level?
