Trouble with Dolphin Power Supply

I've been through 3 Dolphin DX-4 power supplies in the 4 years I've owned the robot. And found that, when it starts to go bad, what you described starts to happen.
My troubles with it dropped dramatically when I began covering the power supply/cart after using it, but I'm still not thrilled the units aren't sealed better against the elements.

I suspect that water is getting in the power supply.

Rock the power supply back and forth to see if it sounds like there's water in it.

Is it plugged into a gfci protected outlet?
