Trouble with Apps

hi
i have been trying to use the apps - with no luck...

first i downloaded the ios app - it does not recognize my login from this forum - but it should.., right?

then i downloaded the win 10 app - i successfully logged in with the login from the forum

the problem is it does not save any of my entered numbers - when i go to the "overview" page.., the field for "last test" is always empty.

There doesn't appear to be a "save button" - if i go to the free chlorine page, and enter my number.., it tells me how much bleach to add (i have configured a pool) and it gives me an option to log an addition. i have logged an addition.., and that is in the "Log". but when i go to the overview.., my "last test" for FC is still blank.

all the other fields are blank too, even though i have entered values for many of them.

how do i get it to save the measurements?

if it does so.., will i get to see a table or plot of them over time?

Thank you for your questions on the app.

For logging in, you must use your Troublefreepool account.

You must be a Premium subscriber (paid) to save the data. When you wish to enter a new set of data, you touch the + at the bottom of the screen, select Log Test Results, enter the data, then touch the check mark in the upper right.
