We have an above ground pool, 15 x 30. We have a sand dollar filter. When we try and clean the bottom of the pool it loses pressure and won't suck. We have checked the hoses, we just finished changing the sand, backwashed numerous times but still not sucking like it should. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
