Trim Tile

We just had our tile installed today and there are 2 trim tiles that stick out like a sore thumb to me. Am I expecting these trim tiles to be too straight or is this something you would ask them to fix? One is in the middle of our tanning ledge and I feel like I would be staring at it all the time.

Definitely unacceptable. Have them remove and reinstall them.

The tile is not grouted in place and the pool is not plastered. It is easy to pop off tiles and reset them.

Now is the time to fix sloppy workmanship.
