I was originally hoping for a fiberglass pool. Due to setbacks on my property the only size fiberglass i can fit is a 10x20. I can however fit a custom pool of appropriately 16.9ft x 22ft. Is either big enough. Should I go with the bigger custom over the smaller fiberglass. We have 5 kids. They dont really care what size pool as our vacation house we rent each year has an inground pool smaller than 10x20 and they could spend 12 hours a day in it. Any thoughts would be great. I am having a hard time trying to decide if one would be better. Thanks.

Your kids are only going to grow. Having several teens and whatever friends they invited over will make the little pool seem like you shoehorned them in. But you are right though, The kids will have fun no matter what.
