Too Many Options

More what your budget is and what your power is wired for I think.

I’m still learning specific pumps but the one referenced above is posted a lot

I’ll let others advise on specific pumps

Okay, is there a calculation I can run or an accurate chart I can review to determine what size pump I would need?
You really can't go too big with a variable speed pump. By increasing or decreasing speed, you can accommodate any plumbing configuration. The goal is to run the pump at as low as speed as necessary. Doubling pump speed generally requires 7 to 8 times the energy.

For my 3hp VS pump 1000 rpm is 74 watts. 2400 rpm is 1200 watts. I’ve never run it up to the 3450 max to see.

Is your PH really 4.5 and TA 0? I’m pretty sure that is something that needs to be addressed urgently, way before ordering an SWG. My apologies if this was already addressed.

I have addressed this. Still do not have it exactly where I want it, but the water chemistry will be spot-on before I add a SWG.
