Tile repair question

Hey all, had this tile fall out. Still have the piece intact. How would you recommend I go about repairing it? Should I do it at closing for winter or wait till spring?

Clean the old thinset off down to the gunite using an oscillating tool with a grout blade.

You will continue losing tiles if you do not fix your grout lines with all the cracks allowing water to erode the thinset.
