I have a 2 year old fiberglass pool with a hot tub built into the pool. Around the hot tub and at the water outlet we have 1 inch thick marble tile. When originally installed, the installer grouted in between the tiles. After about a year, the grout cracked and came out.
The installer then came back out and installed (NP1) caulk at the joints. It did great for about 6 months then it started to peel out of the joints although at the outlet that has water flowing across it about half the time, it still looks brand new.
Anyone have any suggestions on what type of caulk would work best to install in the exposed joints. I think the combination of sun baking down on it and I assume the fiberglass expanding underneath the tiles is causing the problems. Thanks !
