We’ve lived in our house for 5 years but it’s been like one nightmare after another. Last year we had the pool resurfaced because that was the biggest disaster but it was super expensive and so we have to be our own pool people. Until i found this website we were awful. I took the pool water to Leslies and i could see by the print out that what they were telling me was incorrect. Like we were just going to ignore the 138 CYA?? So we drained the deep end while filling the swallow end per the directions i found here. Then I balance the ph, slammed the pool ordered the test kit. And now my pool is crystal clear. And all my testing comes up within acceptable limits. Im super excited. Even my husband was like I thought the pool was an off color because of the pebble tech but nope we were just sucky pool people until now !!
