What jblizzle is getting at is that without completing the SLAM process you likely still have algae lurking. What is your CC? How much FC are you losing over night? Unless your CC is 0.5 or less and you are losing no more than 1 ppm FC over night, you still have algae just waiting to bloom when your FC drops again.
