The legs slid off the paver

Help! We just got our 18x52” Intex pool up last Sunday. We bought large pavers to put the legs on this time but it seems two of the legs are sliding off the pavers. We leveled the land before we started but we’re still having issues with two legs. I’m thinking about putting a strap around the bottom of the legs to prevent them from shifting outward. Has anyone done this and seen success with it?
Any other tips to prevent legs from shifting outward?

Even though it's a pain in the "you know where", if it were me, I'd be draining the pool to where I could safely move the legs and pavers, re-set the pavers, and re-fill the pool.
