Tftestkits.net link says website is "not private" may have been hacked.

I'm new and tried to buy the recommended test kit from tftestkits but my browser says the site may be compromised or hacked. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Someone forgot to renew their SSL Certificate which expired yesterday. I don’t think it has been hacked.
