On this link for CYA reagents, I'm confused by the two items that both say 8oz but widely different in price. Is the one that's $4, just a 2oz bottle (and not 8oz total like it says) and then the $13.50 item is a full 8oz bottle? I'm assuming that's what it is but just wanted to check.

I see what you mean. If you zoom in on the labels, you can see the big one is 8 oz. and the small one is 2 oz. The "8oz" shown under the 2 oz. bottle is surely just a copy & paste error.

Correct. The smaller 2oz comes with the kit and/or can be bought separately. The 8oz is what we refer to as the XL size and is really good for new member who might test CYA a lot to get used to it.
