TF Refill kit

Hi not sure right place but has anyone had issues getting their TF test kit. They have been really good with delivering but this year ones was sent out in March and I never recieved it for some reason USPS sent it back to NC. Called them and they were going to send another got an email from them was going to be sent out on April 12th tracking number was posted. Now it is waiting to be picked up and just sitti n somewhere? USPS said had not been picked up by them. Is their an alternative place to get this kit?

Agree with proavia... I had an issue with them leaving out a portion of my order when I ordered the refill kit and some other items this spring. I sent an email and within a couple of hours had a very apologetic response stating that they would get the forgotten items out right away. The forgotten items showed up a couple of days later. Great service in my experience.
