For those around my area, they know of this place just off I-35. Last time I went there was probably over 10 years ago. Now they have all kinds of other animals (not just snakes), to include a Koi pong filtered by these six Haywards. I just turned a corner and said to myself, "Well hello there".

It's been about 15 years since I've been there. They had a pretty good collection of chimps back then!! Lots of little gems of things to see in the hill country.

That's how I remembered it as well since it's been so long since my last visit. But it's a totally different place now, at least out back in the yard. Inside with all the snake/lizard atriums it's still about the same.

there is (was) a cool rattlesnake museum in old town Albuquerque. personally, I get to experience the bastids a little too much. they come in the house occasionally.
