My pool is a 10K fiberglass. I have an Intellichlor IC 40 and a variable speed Pentair pump that runs 20+hours a day. I replaced some of my water yesterday to try and get the PH and Chlorine down, but it did not help and now we are facing some really bad weather this week. I can deal with the PH with muriatic acid but have no clue about how to get the chlorine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My readings today are:

FC-28
CC- 0
PH-8.2
Ta- 90
CYA- 100
Salt- 3500

*Ph test results are invalid at fc levels above 10ppm, often reading falsely higher.
Wait until fc falls to test & adjust ph.
Curious, if using a swcg how did your cya get so high?
With a cya of 100 you should be maintaining fc of 7-13ppm & as poolstored mentioned, if you have an algae problem slam level is 39ppm
FC/CYA Levels
Is this pool covered?
